Faster production speed, good density , easy to reach (90 plates) 3 m / min, the speed can reach 6 m / min if two panel lines be producted one time. meanwhile, it can produce double-layer hollow wall panel and T/L-shaped and other special-shaped wall panel (which can not be solved by others till now). The equipment has more obvious advantages in producing more than thickness of 200mm wall panel.

3. The wall is stable and compact. one or two people can stand on it, . When the material moisture and aggregate change, it can adapt itself automatically . There is no obvious thickness difference.If any pause,after  turning on agian there will be no waste material.

4. In the production process, the breeding mode of the bracket support is eliminated, which not only saves the investment cost for the user, but also greatly improves the flatness of the product, and the number of stacked layers  can reache 8 layers or more.

Meanwhile, the intelligence level is higher, the mixing and production line control system is operated by one person, automatic material waiting, self-checking, automatic cleaning after production, etc., simple and convenient to operate, except  fine-tuning the moisture during the production process,Other parameters no need to be adjusted, and there is no technical requirement for the operator.6. There is no stacking and stacking process in the whole production process. After pre-conservation, the single layer is directly packed in cubes, and there is no impact on the finished product. The yield rate is almost 100%, and the number of vertical stacks can be adjusted by 2-12 bundles.

In the complete equipment installation, there is no need to dig pits and other civil engineering vehicles, no damage to the site, less requirements for the plant area (around 600 square meters), lower height-4.5 meters, fast installation speed, generally 10 to 20 days can be produced ,a big saving to the user.
