Our JQT machine is designed for producing the lightweight wall panels by screw extrusion technology . Its high efficent production can be up to 500square merters one shift per day (8 hours ) one machine. Combined with low raw material cost,it will bring you an extremely big profit.

With this system you have the option to integrate reinforcement wires or not . The wires size allow to max.6mm which can inclease the strenth of wall panels.

Wal panels Specifications:

- Panel Width – 600 mm

- Wall Thickness options – 75mm ,80mm,90mm,100mm,120 mm,150mm,200mm or other thickness required

- Wall Height options –2.40 m, 2.60 m, 2.85 m, 3.00 m and 3.30 m (fits -10 mm to +50 mm clear room height). You can cut any length as per your application need.

The wall which is tongued on side and grooved on the other has hollowcores running longitudinally to reduce the weight and optimize the use of materials. The tongue and groove has been specially designed to minimize the risk of cracking along the joints, which is a perennial problem in precast wall panels.
